HR recruitment agencies make hay while the rain poors
Recruitment agencies on the whole have little to shout about at present. HR recruitment consultants may tell you otherwise.
They do say that every cloud has a silver lining, and whilst most recruitment agencies are looking to cut staff and costs, HR recruitment agencies appear to be entering a purple patch. New research has show in increased demand for HR staff to help companies manage the changing of their shaper in order to manage the current changes.
In addition to the increased demand, it gets better still for Hr recruitment agencies. The research also shows a reduction in the length of recruitment process down to, on average, only two weeks, which will help consultants complete the process with less chances of loosing things along the way. As a final improvement here, HR professionals are being offering very large pay increases, which of course means recruitment agencies get a bigger fee!
Perhaps it;s time for large a struggling agencies to set up HR recruitment divisions!
